Lauren had her 6 month well visit today even though she's technically not 24 weeks old for another 4 days.
Here are her stats:
Weight: 17 lbs. 15 oz. (89th percentile)
Length: 26 inches (68th percentile)
Head - 41 cm (16th percentile)
She's growing fast!
She rolls around and is able to get places that way. If you put her on the floor, you can bet that after a minute or two she will be laying a few feet from the original spot.
She reaches for everything.
She pulls hair and pulls at Turner's glasses if he gets close enough.
She smiles constantly and likes to jibber jabber. She clicks her tongue often for attention.
She bangs on things.
She's a snuggler and enjoys being cuddled!
She grabs at her toes.
She LOVES the water.
She always eats every last drop of her baby cereal. We start baby food next week. I bet she's going to just love it!
She loves when I sing to her and she seems to really enjoy music.
She constantly wants to sit up like a big girl.
She is drooling alot so the bibs are getting alot of wear lately.
She puts everything in her mouth. Everything.
Her hair is getting thicker and is starting to lay down more. I'm afraid the mohawk will soon be a thing of the past. I have to admit, I'm going to miss it.
She has a dimple on her left cheek and a smaller dimple on the right corner of her chin.
She is almost sleeping through the night. She typically will wake for a night feeding once or twice.
Lauren is such a delight and has been a wonderful addition to our lives. She's been very different than Turner so far. I love that about them.
