Every year we go out to a tree farm and pick our special tree. Usually, it's a bit blustery, but this year we were pelted by rain. We trudged through mud looking for the perfect tree and in the process we were wet, cold, and Lauren managed to lose both of her boots amongst the trees. Even thought the circumstances weren't ideal, we were all excited and in the holiday spirit. When we arrived home, the tree was trimmed, Holiday music filled the house, and we got to decorating. In the Steinbauer household, everyone participates in decorating the tree. I certainly won't win any trophies for the prettiest Christmas tree, but to me, our tree looks perfect in every way.
Did I forget to mention, everyone but me took their pants off as well?
