Every year, the local businesses in Millersburg put on an event called Thunder Over Holmes County. They provide games, bounce houses, face painting, balloon animals, and even put up an outdoor ice skating rink for the kiddos. Everything is FREE.
It's rare to take the kids anywhere these days and not spend a dime.
